we can not be strong in all area. only in "some" area. using your strang and fight with the giant weaknesses.

consider the customer #, supplier #, competitor #, new entrance, subtistube product, government rules change to meet this.

what to fight for == order from the buyer. be a prefer supplier for customer.

Corporate structure and HR management

We doesnot allow to have a birocracy inside a corporation. this will bring down the compay e&e.

what should we do??

By sub-business unit.
u handle for all in sales turnover, quality, production, PnL,engineering...

so we should hired a project engineer to handle all this.

1. to motivate a manpower is the most difficult and costly objective. this way can settle all issue.
2. flexible.

what is the critical path we should keep in hand???
1. financial
2. quotation ( sales / purchasing)
3. customer / supplier relationship.

the project based arrangement

For the political just have 2 term 8 years ( 2x 4 years). I believed this was a good ideal.

we might need to set a key post. just can hold by individual within 8 years is max.
This will drive us to be

1. more flexible.
2. more focus during the service
3. have a time limitation ( due line ) to make sure we done our goal during this period.
4. get in more capable and uptodate energy power.
5. make it a business unit based so easy to allocate a resource also.

mistake by corporation

If we avoid the mistake by the corp. the chances to be a Billionair will higher.

1. do place a price in premium
2. price driving cost
3. next 5 years expected price. quote as today costing
4. last success product will not gurantee the next trend. so change it faster. using separated business unit
5. get the opportunities, problem solving later...

Start a business

a lot of people said we must plan this , plan that, or do a statregy but start business. i think this is not so correct. business will happen anyway, anytime. how to plan for it. the importance to be ready by your self.

what to prepared???

1) your self
mentally you should be independance. able to handle a issue or problem by your self. like you can go to a starnger place with your self. do a activities only have one participants (is yourself)
becuase first of all you must have a mentality to be your self.

for other view, if you cannot be your self you will follow others people step or way of doing. if this was the characterist for your self so please go for employment. you will have better life instead of be own boss.

2) prepared to be a billionair.
just earn so extra money for a better life like get a big house, fancy car, nice clothes ..etc. no need to go for business. just work smarter in the organization you will get all this. So you aim must be greater than this. so what drive you to billionair. ??? think first before get into it.

** a lot of Malaysian ( especially malay) wanted to be a businessman / women. but don't know why / what drive tham. so end up with bankrup.

As summary, you will decide your map and area. How further should go. relax and think for it.
